This first utility space we designed, constructed and installed for a customer in East Bergholt. It is made with the birch faced ply and tulip wood to match the adjoining kitchen. The challenge was to install in a difficult, small space with low ceilings and alcoves. Through our custom design service we were able to create a smooth flow of units, that maximised the space and aesthetic value. We also built a lit bench seat into the space for the customer to remove their boots.
The second utility space (below), whilst bigger than the first example, came with its own set of challenges! Located near Hadleigh, this project was part of a major refurbishment of an existing property. The units are constructed with birch ply and have a painted finish. This also had a low ceiling owing to it being a garage conversion and we were asked to incorporate a washing machine, tumble dryer and corner units. We had to build around soil pipes and radiators. The client wanted to make use of an integrated radiator to use as an airing space.
